This massage works to improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, stretch ligaments and reduce emotional stress. This massage is better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.

This massage begins with light pressure to warm up and prepare the muscles for the transition to deep pressure with slower strokes, this enables the deeper layers of muscle and fascia to be reached. This service provides relief from arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and neuropathy. As we work from the elbow down we will use a combination of hands and hot stones, we finish this service with an application of our Aveda Cherry Almond Body Scrub™ and hot towels.

Add CBD Oil to any massage, this oil contains anti-inflammatory and pain relieving agents which reduces inflammation within muscles and joints, allowing the massage therapist to work more effectively. It helps alleviate anxiety, stress and chronic pain, reduces post work-out soreness and muscle fatigue. It’s properties have been known to decrease back, neck and shoulder pain, and assists with arthritis pain and joint inflammation, as well as accelerates the recovery and healing process of injured connective tissue.
